It all started when Marty Green made his design concept a reality. He teamed up with Tommy Voytek, a friend and member of his recreational fishing boat crew to start G-tek.
Marty brings his vast knowledge and diverse background to the table as an aircraft mechanic, commercial airline captain, master carpenter and avid fisherman.
His love for fishing started as a young boy. He felt the sea drawing him as a child during their family vacations to Block Island and it has evolved today into a deep passion and respect for the sea.
Marty resides in CT with his wife, Andrea. They have one son.
Their fishing boat is docked in Niantic, CT.

Marty's partner, Tommy Voytek brings his vast experience in sales, business management, and his lifelong passion for fishing to G-tek.
His love of fishing was passed down to him by his father and grandfather.
Tommy remembers many fishing adventures he had as a child. He recalls a time that he went fishing with his father in a galvanized steel tub using just hand lines. His father rowed with the line tied around his big toe. Once almost losing that toe!!
Tommy resides in CT with his wife, Michele and two children.
